Sound bath meditation — or sound healing — can be a great way to recenter and destress with the help of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other instruments that seem to submerge you in their calming vibrations (hence, the “bath” part). Plus, research has shown that sound baths have a tendency to boost your mood, decrease anxiety and get you really relaxed.
